Note: You can find the model wire harness you need on the one in the machine. It will have a model number and even a QR code (though hard to scan). I initially ordered the wrong model for our stacking LG machine and found out this way. I also ordered directly from LG and they never shipped it so I bought it from a Sears Appliance site. That worked well!

STUCK CLOTHES, HOW TO REMOVE? PLEASE HELP!!!

Thanks so much for this video, it got my washer back up and running again. One note, my model of Samsung washer did not have the retaining clips. Instead, it had two screws hiding under the little rubber pieces that were keeping the front attached. So if you can't find the clips, you may have something similar. Thanks again!

I have one of these essentially identical. 20+ years now and several loads a week. Had one breakdown in warranty and it was fixed free, Another glitch several years later I was able to remedy using the crazy diagnostics built in. There was a tech sheet taped inside and also on line.

Why is there very little to no roll-over? It just spins the load back and forth. They should of put in a auger type agitator.

Lg is junk they act like we live in a third world country. I adjusted the water fill sem Nsor.

600.00 for this washer, i wish i had never seen it. I hate it, stuck with it tho. The washer doesn't add much water slangs all the clothes to one side, the water runs out before it ever fills

If it were you, would you add 2 more shock absorbers and have 5 total rather than just 3? I've only used this for 1.5 yrs and already replaced the 3 OEM shocks. There are 2 additional hinge points for two more shocks and it would be an easy add.

As a owner as of 2022 in USA it is very quiet, i think my knly issue with cleaning clothes is im using the wrong detergent. I just tried powder and clothes looking cleaner. I also add a gallon of water

My tc 5003 is the old school counter rotating agitator to the tub rotation. Solid built. Large rubber isolators on motor, transmission. Belt drive. Old school. Reliable, easy to maintain. 100 x better the the $hitbag Samsung it replaced. Saucer agitator, cheap rod & spring suspension. A Huge tub but 3 pairs of socks would throw the tub outa balance...jumping around so much it would shift itself back to the beginning of the cycle. The washer would run literally for hours this way. Worst POS any appliance company ever made. So glad we bought a SPEED QUEEN!

He doesn't want you to buy this washer because he wants to sell you a more expensive machine. It does balance a load well. We love ours and if it dies, we will buy another if still available.

We have had this washer for about a year now and it never gets out of balance. It works well washes in a reasonable amount of time spins them out well and it gives you warm or hot water if you wish.

Given how common this problem seems to be, you'd think that the hub would have some threads, so you could use some sort of puller. [That's how you do steering wheels, steering linkages, etc. -BTW, pickle forks damage the parts and aren't recommended by competent mechanics and engineers; only done by "greasers".]

Instead, you could perhaps not buy the prettiest machine... instead buy one that are known to be reliable and never have to worry about them breaking in the first place.

Great video. Mine was completely seized. Followed this video to a T. Did not break lose until I started pouring boiling water into the center of the agitator plate. Kept pouring slowly and continuously for about 45 seconds when it popped up on its own. THANKS.

I got this washer about 2 years ago and I HATE it. Such a waste of money. Seemed good at the time however after using for 2 years it is not worth it. The water level sucks. I try to put more water using their max fill features and it doesn’t fill it up. I use more water running the cycle twice.

Thank you for a very “real “ informative video. I have an old kenmore large capacity top loader with agitator and it’s all metal. A tank! It’s about 25 years old and still going strong. Had a few minor repairs and the repair guys all say to keep fixing it because today’s washing machines are garbage.

May tags of late are pure garbage. Won't hold a candle to SQ.
